Monika is a Registered Acupuncturist who is currently working toward her Master's in Psychology. She has worked in the education system for over 18 years helping children, youth and their families cope with their many stressors.

She has experience in treating mental health concerns in children and youth by combining Acupuncture and counselling.

Monika believes in the importance of creating harmony between the body and mind and focuses on these elements simultaneously during her sessions since the body should be treated holistically. She has a niche for treating complex conditions that cause pain and/or discomfort. Monika has many years of experience in treating Neuro -Musculoskeletal conditions, Skin Disorders including Acne & Eczema, Digestive Conditions, Fatigue, Edema, Gout, Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel, Mental Health/Illness conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Woman's Health Conditions, Fertility and has been successful in assisting with inducing labour.  Monika also performs Ayurvedic Indian Scalp Massage and Micro-needling treatments. She is 3x certified in Cosmetic Acupuncture and is a certified Qi Beauty Practitioner.
